Legal Issues to run an online auction business - Webcosmo Forums

One of my client wants to run an auction based website in USA/Canada, I just want to get some ideas about the legal issues/consequences regarding the venture. Third party products/items will be sold through the website.

The client is India based and the product supplier will be USA/CANADA based. The supplier [partners] will take care of all shipping and product handling. Please let me know about the detailed Legal Issues in Running Online Auction business.
