Qualifications ? Commitment to the Christian mission of the University. ? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field from an accredited college or university; and current CPA, CMA, CFA, or graduate degree in related field. ? Financial management or accounting experience in higher education or not-for-profit environment. ? History of increasingly responsible appointments with at last five years of senior level experience in financial/management positions, preferably in higher education. ? Demonstrated knowledge of all areas to be supervised, especially in budgeting and financial management. ? Proven record as a leader who can provide strategic and creative direction while balancing the resource and funding requirements necessary to achieve the University?s strategic goals. ? Commitment to the student-focused and value-centered characteristics of the University, its mission, and its Anabaptist identity. ? Ability to include the value-centered orientation of the institution in financial analysis, planning and managing. ? Excellent written and oral communication skills. ? Personal and professional integrity and character. ? An administrative style that emphasizes collaboration with faculty, staff and students, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity.

University Description Fresno Pacific University offers undergraduate and graduate programs that stress solid academic preparation and a strong ethical foundation. Some 3,600 traditional and adult students attend classes on the main campus in southeast Fresno or centers in North Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield and Merced as well as online.
